Shenyang University of Technology (SUT) is situated in Shenyang，a central city of modernization in Northeast China and also the central of economical, cultural, communication, trade and commercial hub. With four distinct seasons, beautiful scenery, rich cultural heritage, Shenyang is the most important heavy industry base in China. Shenyang University of Technology (SUT) is an engineering-centered, application-oriented and multidisciplinary university, originally founded in 1949. SUT currently consists of four parts, covers an area of 1,589,900㎡in total . The Central Campus is the main campus which is located in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, a cluster area of equipment manufacturing industries. In SUT, there are 19 schools, 2 teaching departments and 2 engineering training centers. Moreover, 59 undergraduate programs and 11 vocational programs are also offered in the university. The university is authorized to confer the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctor’s degrees. It has 1 national key secondary discipline (Electrical Machines and Apparatus), 4 provincial first-class disciplines supported by the project of building top class universities in Liaoning Province (Electrical Engineering, Material Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrument Science and Technology) and 4 postdoctoral research stations of these disciplines, 5 Ph.D.…
