Laiwu Vocational and T echnical C ollege is located in Laiwu District, Jinan City, the central part of Shandong Province, China's economic province. It is adjacent to Mount Tai and Qufu，the hometown of Confucius. It has been known as Qilu Fudi since ancient times. It inherits the regional cultural fashion of "advocating morality, valuing industry and commerce" from generation to generation. With an area of 2246 square kilometers, a population of 1.24 million, beautiful mountains and rivers, and beautiful ecology, it is the first pilot area for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Jinan. LWVC is a public full-time regular vocational college at tertiary level with the history of nearly 70 years, approved by local government. For years, LWVC has earned myriads of awards and honors, successively carrying off the A wards of T he O utstanding C onstruction U nit of S killed T alents C ultivation , T he A dvanced U nit of V ocational E ducation , and T he P rovincial C ivilized U nit . Currently, LWVC covers an area of 75.93 hm²( hectares),with fixed assets of 778 million yuan, total equipment value of 130 million yuan and the collection of 879,800 books.
