Founded in 1958, Guangdong Pharmaceutical University is one of the three pharmaceutical universities in China and the earliest institution in South China to offer pharmaceutical programs. The university has three major campuses in Guangzhou, covering an area of nearly 873 acres. lt currently hosts around 28,000 full time students, forming a complete talent-cultivating system of bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral and postdoctoral degrees. It comprises 22 schools(departments), 3 research institutes(centers), and 2 affiliated class A tertiary hospitals.
